All product and service orders received by Dytronix do not signify our acceptance of your order to sell or constitute our offer to sell. Dytronix reserves the right to limit quantities and decline acceptance of any order if the order cannot be verified or at our sole discretion.

All service orders will be confirmed prior to the commencement of work. A deposit may also be required prior to work commencement.

All product orders received will be verified before shipping. In the event that we require additional information to verify the order and protect our customers, Dytronix reserves the right to make such requests.

Dytronix makes no guarantees on product reliability or compatibility.

12. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Effort has been made to ensure that all information indicated on our website is current and correct. However in the case that certain information is incorrectly indicated, Dytronix has the right to correct such information and if applicable, cancel related orders. If a cancellation is made due to such circumstances, a refund will be made if you have been charged.
