Every effort has been made to ensure that the availability of the products on our website are as up-to-date as possible. Quantities are not guaranteed. All orders are subject to a final inventory check once submitted. You will be notified if an item in your order is not in stock. If a product(s) is purchased while it is out of stock the customer may cancel the order before the product is restocked.

9. ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

All orders received by Dytronix do not signify our acceptance of your order to sell or constitute our offer to sell. Dytronix reserves the right to limit quantities and decline acceptance of any order if the order cannot be verified or at our sole discretion. All orders received will be verified before shipping. In the event that we require additional information to verify the order and protect our customers, Dytronix reserves the right to make such requests.

10. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Dytronix makes no guarantees on product reliability or compatibility. All issues related to the compatibility of products found on the Dytronix website should be directed to the product manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the compatibility of products before purchase.

11. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Effort has been made to ensure that all information indicated on our website is current and correct. However in the case that certain information is incorrectly indicated, Dytronix has the right to correct such information and if applicable, cancel related orders. If a cancellation is made due to such circumstances, a refund will be made if your credit card has been charged.

12. RISK OF LOSS

All orders placed at Dytronix are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a damaged package was received it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company to make a claim. All shipments come with full insurance coverage. All packing material, packing box etc. must be kept, as the shipping company may require an inspection before any insurance claim will be issued. Failure to do so may void any claim against shipping damage.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You shall indemnify and save harmless Dytronix and the Third Parties and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives and agents from and against any loss, claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees, brought as a result of your use of Dytronix or any site linking to or from Dytronix.
