ORDERS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Dytronix would like to ensure your orders are handled with care and delivered in a timely manner. Please take a few moments to read through our Orders, Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you shop on this website, you expressly agree to accept our Orders, Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Dytronix reserves the right to make changes to Dytronix policies at any time effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please check the information on this Orders, Shipping and Delivery Policy page, our Product Warranty, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy page, our Terms and Conditions page and our Privacy Policy periodically. If any of these policies and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason not enforceable, then that condition shall be excluded, but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining policies and conditions.

1. ORDER PLACEMENT HANDLING TIMES

Order Acceptance

All orders received by Dytronix do not signify our acceptance of your order to sell or constitute our offer to sell. Dytronix reserves the right to limit quantities and decline acceptance of any order if the order cannot be verified or at our sole discretion. All orders received will be verified before shipping. In the event that we require additional information to verify the order and protect our customers, Dytronix reserves the right to make such requests.

Order Placed on Holidays and Weekends

Orders placed on a Canadian statutory holiday will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Backorders

Effort has been made to ensure that the inventory level is current. In the situation that an order has been placed where the product is not in stock the order will be held until the product is available. The customer may choose to cancel the order in such a situation and a full refund for the order will be provided.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled if the item is not available for shipping. This must be done before the item is available for shipping again. Please contact Sales@Dytronix.com for cancellations and include your order number in the subject line.

2. ORDER PAYMENT

Currency

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

Accepted Methods of Payment

Dytronix currently accepts the payment methods listed below.

  • Paypal (verified accounts),
  • Visa,
  • MasterCard and
  • American Express

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address selected by you in your address book. Your billing address will be used for order verification purposes with your credit card issuing company. You may be asked to present identification to confirm you are the credit card holder.

Each order will be verified with the credit card issuing company to ensure that the billing address matches.

Sales Tax

All products shipped within Ontario will be charged H.S.T. (13%)

All products shipped to British Columbia will be charged H.S.T. (12%)

All products shipped to New Brunswick and Newfoundland will be charged H.S.T. (13%)

 All products shipped to Nova Scotia will be charged H.S.T. (15%)

All products shipped within the rest of Canada are charged G.S.T. (5%)

Currently, Dytronix only ships within Canada.

If an exception is made and a shipment is made outside of Canada, sales taxes will not be charged, however other customs or duties may apply at the time of delivery according to certain regional laws and regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to contact the respective tax agency for more information.

PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION

In order to protect our customers we have set stringent order verification procedures. For your protection every order must pass a series of strict automated and manual checks. Our secure credit card processing procedure automatically verifies the credit card in real time.

We may request you to present identification to confirm you are the credit card holder as part of our order verification process.

Orders that fail verification will not be processed. The account will be suspended from making any further orders until the situation is resolved.

3. SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on DIM weight. Best Way rates start at $4.99 (up to 2.5 lbs.). Best Way rates are applicable to Ontario and Quebec shipping addresses only. Express rates start at $14.99 (up to 2.5 lbs.). Additional shipping charges may apply for RURAL AREAS AND OVERWEIGHT items over 150 lbs. Dytronix will contact you if additional charges apply for your purchase.

Shipping Methods

Dytronix offers various means of shipping though the carriers below. Orders shipped may include insurance, tracking number and a signature requirement.

  • FedEx,
  • UPS,
  • Purolator,and
  • Canada Post.

Dytronix only uses the Dytronix accounts with existing shipping partners. Any requests to use alternative shipping accounts will be declined.

Local Pick-Up Option

If you select the local pick-up option when checking out, you will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked-up from our office location below. Please bring the notification as proof of pick-up. You may also be asked to provide proof of identity at time of pick-up.

If you are dropping by the local pick-up location and you HAVE NOT submitted an online order, please call in advance to make sure the local pick-up location has what you are looking for available.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm.
Sunday: By Appointment Only
We are closed on Canadian statutory holidays.
Please contact us if you need after hours pick-up or if you would like to schedule a Sunday pick-up.

4. DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping Addresses

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address selected in your address book. Each order will be verified with your billing address stored by your credit card issuing company. 

It is the customer's responsibility to identify if the stated shipping address is a shared address (i.e. must specify apartment number, unit number etc.) to ensure that when the item is shipped it will be received by the designated recipient.

Dytronix is not responsible for who accepts the package at the shipping address. Dytronix does not ship to PO boxes.

International Addresses

Currently, Dytronix only ships within Canada. If an exception is made for an international address, Dytronix will ship using FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Canpar or Canada Post. Please also see "Customs and Duties".

Delivery Dates

Delivery dates within Canada range from next day to one week. Delivery dates are based on business days and are approximations that are shipped to the best of our ability. Please note that same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

The cutoff time for Express Shipping orders is 11 a.m. EST.

Insurance

All orders placed at Dytronix are made pursuant to a shipment contract where possible. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All shipments are fully insured by the carrier used to ship the order. Please also see "Shipment Damage".

Tracking Number

Most packages come with a tracking number for the package(s) shipped. You can track the package by logging in to your account, or you may track the package via the carrier website. If you have any difficulties tracking a package please contact Sales@Dytronix.com.

Signature

Most shipments when delivered to the destination address may require a signature to confirm that the package has been received.

Dytronix is not responsible for who accepts the package at the shipping address.

Shipment Damage

All orders placed at Dytronix are made pursuant to a shipment contract where possible. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a damaged package was received, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping company to make a claim. All shipments are fully insured by the carrier used to ship the order. All packing material, packing box etc. must be kept, as the shipping company may require an inspection before any insurance claim will be issued. Failure to do so may void any claim against shipping damage.

Customs and Duties

Currently, Dytronix does not ship outside of Canada.

If an exception has been made, all items shipped outside of Canada may be charged a fee by the customs agency of the destination country. The fees charged by customs of the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. Dytronix does not retain updated information or have any estimation on what the fees might be. To determine associated fee the customer is advised to contact the corresponding customs agency.
