This policy outlines how Dytronix handles product warranties, returns, refunds and exchanges. Please take a few moments to review the proceeding information. If you visit or shop at Dytronix, you agree to accept our Product Warranty, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy. Dytronix reserves the right to make changes to Dytronix policies at any time effective immediately upon posting on our website. If any of these policies and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason not enforceable, then that condition shall be excluded, but shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining policies and conditions. 1. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY Dytronix makes no guarantees on product reliability or compatibility. All issues related to the compatibility of products found on the Dytronix website should be directed to the product manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the compatibility of products before purchase. 2. PRODUCT TYPE DESCRIPTION Product Type | Description | New Products | New products come in retail packaging with original Manufacturer's warranty and complete documentation. | OEM | Our OEM products are merchandise purchased at bulk quantity allowing us to pass on the discount to you. Merchandise identified as OEM will not come in retail packaging. For many OEM products additional documentation, hardware, software will not be included. OEM merchandise provides customers with retail quality products at discount prices due to money saved on the retail packaging. | Off-Lease | Our off-lease products are merchandise which has been leased to corporations for professional use. All off-lease products when received will go through our stringent visual and technical inspection process to ensure quality. Information regarding these products will be described as accurate and as complete as possible. Our off-lease products provide you with brand name equipment at discount prices. All sales are final and sold "AS IS". | Open Box | Our open box products are products are used in conjunction with industry specialist evaluation programs. Products have been evaluated for a short period of time to provide feedback or recommendations for future products. All open box products are thoroughly inspected to ensure functionality and quality. Open box products provide exceptional savings as well as value added features such as manufacturer's factory warranty and software where possible. Customers receive retail quality products at bargain prices! | Refurbished, Recertified, Reconditioned | Our refurbished, recertified, reconditioned merchandise consists of used products that have been repaired as necessary. When refurbished, recertified, reconditioned products are received they will be inspected for damage. Cosmetic scratches that do not impair functionality are not considered "damage". Please note, refurbished, recertified, reconditioned equipment will not come with accessories, documentation or the original retail box. These products offer customers tremendous savings. All sales are final and sold "AS IS". | Special order or by Request | By Request items are items not carried in-house by Dytronix and are ordered by your request. Special Orders may or may not be in our current inventory. Once an order has been placed for any of these items the availability will be confirmed. If the item is not in stock Dytronix will place a request for that particular item, and send a notice to the customer regarding the status. Once the item is available, Dytronix will complete the customer's order. | Special Promotional Bundles | Our Special Promotional Bundles are unique packages of various products combined to offer our customers a one stop shop for all their shopping needs. |
4. WARRANTY POLICY AND PROCEDURE New Products, OEM, Special Order, by Request and Special Promotional Bundles come with come with manufacturers' warranty and an additional initial 14-day warranty with Dytronix. In case of a defective product the customer may contact either the manufacturer directly, or Dytronix at mailto:Sales@Dytronix.com within 14-days of receiving the product and request an RMA. After 14-days the customer must contact the manufacturer to do an RMA with the manufacturer. Dytronix does not know or have any estimation on the length of time it takes for a manufacturer to repair the product. Dead on Arrival "DOA" claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the product. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning an item to Dytronix for warranty. Collect shipments will be refused. Off-Lease, Open Box, Refurbished, Recertified and Reconditioned products are sold "as is". These products do not come with manufacturers' warranty or warranty through Dytronix, unless stated otherwise in the product description page. WARRANTY VOID Warranty will not be given if a product is received without the original invoice or an RMA authorization number. Warranty will be void if serial tags, product stickers, manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is void if the product was damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing the product. Damage due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned for RMA purposes will not be given warranty coverage.
5. RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE Products may be returned only if the incorrect item was shipped and the packaging not opened. The return must be done within 14 days after receiving the product. Before returning any merchandise you must contact Sales@Dytronix.com to inform that you will be making a return due to receiving the incorrect item. You will receive a Return Merchandise Form with an authorization number along with further instructions on how to return the product. Do not return products without authorization. Merchandise returned must be in original condition, including all original packaging, accompanied accessories, manuals, CD's etc. Failure to do so will void your right for the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however when shipping the correct product to the customer the shipping fees will be waived. REGARDLESS OF PRODUCT TYPE, ALL OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND PROCEDURE New Products and OEM products that are unopened and still within 14 days of product receipt are eligible for a refund or exchange. For a refund, restocking and shipping fees apply. For an exchange, administrative and shipping fees apply. If you wish to make a refund/exchange, please email mailto:Sales@Dytronix.comwith your Invoice Number first to make sure your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You may exchange for an item of an equal or lesser value. If you choose an item with a greater value, you are responsible for the cost difference. Once you receive a confirmation that your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange, we will email you a Refund/Exchange Form. Follow the instructions on the form then send the product(s) back within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product(s). If you send in the item before receiving a confirmation email from mailto:Sales@Dytronix.com, or past the refund/exchange period, you may not be eligible for a refund/exchange. All refunds/exchanges are subject to a 15% or minimum $15 restocking/administrative fee, whichever is greater. Shipping costs are extra and the responsibility of the customer. If you opened the box or used the product, you will not be eligible for a refund/exchange. All refunds/exchanges will be made as reasonably as possible after inspection of the returned product(s). The restocking/administrative fee is calculated based on the purchase price excluding tax and shipping costs. An example of a refund calculation for a customer located in Ontario based on a $150 item is below. All products returned must be 100% complete , including all original boxes, packing material, accessories, CDs, documentation, UPC codes, etc. If any item is missing or damaged from the returned package, it will void any refund. In such a case that you returned an item that is not eligible for a refund/exchange, you may request to have the "returned package" sent back to you at your own expense. You will be charged an Administration Fee of 15% or a minimum of $15 whichever is greater for the return of the ineligible return. If you request to have the "returned package" delivered back to you and you reject it upon delivery you will still be charged the administration fee and shipping fee.
